Bookings & Orders

Bookings are accepted upon receipt of written notice via our official communication channels;
Bookings and orders are only processed once deposit payment or payment in full has been received;
Booking/Order requests less than 14 days from the event/order date(s) are payable in full.
Order requests more than 14 days from the event/order date are subject to a minimum 50% deposit payment.
Event date(s) are only reserved once bookings have been confirmed;
All bookings are subject to consultation requirements and sign off procedure;
Bookings are subject to service availability and at the sole discretion of Nuca Bakery;
Bridal enquiries must be paid in full and confirmed a minimum 30 days prior to the event date.

Cancellations are subject to administration, consulting and cancellation fees;
Client(s) are liable for any expenses arising from accepted, confirmed and processed order(s);
Bridal, Event, Catering and Custom Order cancellations within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Bridal, Event, Catering and Custom Order cancellations more than 30 days from the event date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Deposit payments are to be made within 48 hours of receipt of invoice;
Bridal, Event, Catering balance payments are to be paid in full no later than 30 days before your booked event date;
Bookings/orders with dates more than 60 days from the date of receipt of request may be subject to price increase(s) on settlement balance or in addition to bookings paid in full.

Delivery and setup attract additional fees;
Nuca Bakery may at any injunction refuse delivery if roads and access to any venue is not suitable to deliver goods and/or if safety is in question;
In the instance that the venue is inaccessible by means of safe and suitable road travel Nuca Bakery may refuse delivery and or setup;
In the instance that the venue is inaccessible by means of safe and suitable road travel another collection point will be communicated and agreed upon.

Rental items are subject to rental, cleaning and repair fee(s);
Rental items must be returned to Nuca Bakery within 48 hours after the booked event date;
Non returned and/or damaged items will be subject to penalty charges arising from the loss and/or damage of asset(s).

Amount of tiers may be limited to the cake size and design;
Fillings and flavours are to be selected from our selection of signature options;
Excludes cake stand, knife and serving elements, delivery and setup;
Location and travel limit may apply.

Venue facilities must provide a clean work surface suitable for the setup and assembly of cakes and other food related items.
Venue(s) must provide suitable clean running water.
Nuca Bakery will not be held liable for any external factors like weather patterns, extreme temperatures or natural disaster elements, accidental incidents and acts of God which may directly or indirectly affect the production and quality of goods and the delivery or non-delivery of any goods;
Nuca Bakery will not be held liable for any damages or loss out of its control due to negligence of third party service providers, venue staff, guests or any other factors like non-functioning air conditioning or cold storage.

All promotions, discounts, specials and campaigns are solely at the discretion of Nuca Bakery;
Any such aforementioned circumstances and or offerings may at any time be revoked without prior notice;
All promotions are subject to Nuca Bakery’s normal operating terms and conditions;
Time limits may apply;
Conditions may apply.

Goods are made fresh by order in an environment containing allergens like nuts, wheat and dairy;
Clients are responsible to notify Nuca Bakery in writing of any allergens to note before orders are confirmed;
Nuca Bakery will not be held liable for any allergic reaction or cause of death or any damages arising from any goods ordered;
Nuca Bakery undertakes to always maintain clean work environments according to best practice health and safety regulations.
